    Canadian police seize cannabis edibles disguised as name-brand products

    Police in Canada said they dismantled an organized crime group and arrested six people suspected of involvement in distributing counterfeit cannabis-laced candy bars and edibles resembling name-brand products.

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police reported the investigation began on Oct. 3 when a search warrant was executed at two dispensaries and five homes on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
